Apparently this happened three weeks ago and the news is just coming out now. Winston Peters as usual has no idea what is happening and is too busy licking Trump's boots to actually say or do anything.

" 3 kids and is a victim of domestic violence. " has got shit to do with her moving to the shithole before.
It's her selfish decision to not wait for the travel permit that is the problem.
These are the facts and her fault that poor kid has to suffer.
If you have nothing but irrelevant emotional BS and conjecture maybe you should choose to say nothing.

It might have to do with her moving.

What you deem as ‘emotional BS’ establishes that she’s got other things to focus on than the nuances of immigration law, and a pretty darn good reason to stay in the U.S., should custody be messy.
