Sharing this because I'm hearing that Violent J was hospitalized. You can see J hanging in the back during this song and he leaves the stage before the song is over. The way he's moving and standing he looks in pain or at the very least uncomfortable. I'm not finding much information about this though.

Over on !classicfilms@lemmy.world we somehow got talking about ICP, and I said I'd make a playlist of 5 ICP songs, focused on the Dark Carnival, that were a good starting point for listening. Here's what I came up with:

• Here comes the Carnival - just a great song, good to start any endeavour.
• Halls of Illusion - one of their "singles" from the early days. This is a video for the censored version but someone put the uncensored song to it.
• The Juggla - A classic. That Prince sample is killer. The term "Juggalo" comes from a performance of this song.
• Burning Up - One of the many ICP songs about the terrible things that happen to terrible people. A personal fave.
• Thy Unveiling - starts out slow but builds up really well. They're not sorry if they tricked us.

Any other suggestions?
