After some time I realize that, due to a lack of coffee, all of the things in the bottom image are directly associated with the burning man festival. I had totally misunderstood the meme initially. I have also removed the stick from my ass, and must say….this is quite a shitpost.

As someone who doesn’t really know much about burning man, this post seems like 95% "hahah we live in a system that provides terrible living conditions no matter what." And like 5% "at least we have burning man" lol haha

I too can’t help but feel like it’s a double edged sword. Of course it’s great news that they saved 163 kids.

But it said it was the result of a 5 day operation. To me that seems a bit too simple and easy… why don’t the just keep doing it or do it again if all it takes is 5 days of manpower? Seems like the payoff is exponentially more than the cost.

Are we certain that he was killed by a bullet?

I might be out of the loop here, but how is it that he, a felon, can vote?

Or is it just like the other constitutional laws they don’t get too bogged down by?

I wanna save this meme but it’s so niche 😂 especially since I don’t live in the south anymore.

All in all I thought it was fantastic. One of my 5 star reads.

The romance aspect gets to be a bit much for me at times. Every three pages we hear about how sexy and hot the bad boy MC is.

And then there’s also a couple chapters that are just explicit sex scenes.

That being said I really enjoyed the plot, setting, and the characters.

Currently reading animal farm. Will probably finish today.

Just finished fourth wing, dungeon crawler carl (vol 1). I’m trying to decide if I want to continue one of those series next or read red rising.

I’ve heard good things about dark matter, and look forward to reading it.
