Hard disagree, the nipple would be the cornea.

Saying Speed is a gaming channel is certainly AN opinion 😂

Thanks! Looks like he has a devlog on YouTube, and even a demo running in the web!

I think this is exactly what I'm looking for!

Thanks for the idea. I hate that their showcase is hidden behind a discord, and when you're on the discord, the showcase is not just the showcase of the tool, so there's no way of knowing what is actually showcasing the tool...

That's really weird 😅 Free Luigi btw 💚

Hey everybody,

I'm looking for a tool stack that is FOSS as much as possible, running on linux.

Currently:

  • 2D Art: Krita / GIMP / InkScape
  • 3D Modeling: Blender
  • Engine: Godot
  • Content creation: Kdenlive

All this works great, but I'm looking for a more general world editor.

I was watching this video from Blizcon 2016 and their editor, WowEdit, is just the dream. No way there is something like that right now.

What I'm mostly looking for is a tool where I can paint terrain, with a pen, like they do in the video. It needs to be able to export heightmaps and splatmaps. Do any of you have a good suggestion for this? I've looked at TerreSculptor, but that is mostly generation of heightmaps, which is cool in it's own right.

It's okay if it isn't FOSS, but being FOSS would be preferable. I try to support such projects anyway, so Free as in Libre, haha.

I've had 0 issues running touchscreen and pen on Mint, and SAI can just run on bottles/wine, right?

https://github.com/TibixDev/sai2-guide

The solution on each distro is mostly going to be the same. Run sai in a bottle and edit the config.

Mint delivers a flatpak package of bottles, which is suboptimal, but can be fixed using https://www.virtualcuriosities.com/articles/1911/bottles-doesnt-work-on-linux-mint-because-its-a-flatpak

Hard disagree on the IRL community being tiny and weird. Probably the most welcoming environment I've ever seen, where consent is the de facto standard.

Were talking BDSM, not swingers. 😭

Gaaf! Voor een fractie van de kosten van big tech platformen kan je als middelgrote partij hartstikke goed zelf je infra opzetten. Daar heb je geen hyperscalers voor nodig 🤙

No? I hope not, or joining DB0 would be a completely strange action. But you seem to think that their explicit rules on Zionism would not mean that they would act on a zionist-bar-like instance.

Hey everyone,

I have an unraid server and over the years I've gathered quite a lot of tools, some of which are now exposed to the net.

I've been mostly checking on my server every once in a while to see if things are healthy, but I would like a more central version to look into the health of my network, any issues from docker logs, etc.

Anyone got a good ui for that? (preferably deployed through docker)

Hey everyone! Once a year around mid winter, I gather with a group of about 25 people for the weekend, and we each pick up a task. Last year I did a breakfast, and I liked it so I volunteered again this year. I'm now looking for inspiration!

Last year I did a classic Dutch (we are Dutch) breakfast, with various breads, toppings like cheeses, meats and sweets (Yes we put chocolate sprinkles on our bread and call it breakfast), and fruit.

This year I want to do something a little different! Tell me about favorite things to make for a large group, tell me about its history, origins, heritage!

So, I still receive telemetry information from my old lease car, a Kia e-Niro, to my app. A huge, HUGE privacy issue.

I made sure to remove my profile from the car before turning it in, and doing a factory reset of the car's software.

I can see everything, AC, whether there are doors open, odometer, and above all, location.

Also tried to see if I can turn off the AC, but any commands throw an error, so disabling my account on the car at least did something 😅

I had it in the Netherlands, it's in Poland, and it looks like it's on its way to Ukraine.

Kia, you need to check your security.

Edit:

Holy shit it gets real bad. I can lock and unlock the car.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some insights of my fellow riders. I'm starting to carry more tactile stuff with me, pens, paper, a calendar, a small driver kit, some small tools, etc. For this I want to start carrying a bag. I like the flexibility of a sling/messenger bag, but I'm looking for experiences with them on a bike.

  • Are they comfortable for commute driving (<45 minutes)?
  • How is quick access?
  • Do you use it outside of riding as well? I'd like it to be somewhat nice looking so I could carry it while walking / at music festivals for instance.
  • Any extra information or recommendations are definitely welcome!

I'd love to hear your insights!

Hey everyone,

Recently started with Arch, using Hyprland as a WM and Waybar as a statusbar. In the link I refer to a module page on the arch-wiki. There they refer to 'commands' when actions happen, for instance: on-click, on-scroll, etc.

How do I figure out what commands are available for that module?

In this case, I would like to reverse the scrolling from the default behavior. The backlight module has an option ' reverse-scrolling' baked in, but this one doesn't. So how do I figure out how to send what command to wireplumber through the scroll actions of the waybar module?

Kr

Kevin!

Solution:

I'm a bit dumb and it's any and all shell command, so the solution was

"wireplumber": {
    "on-scroll-up": "wpctl set-volume -l 1.0 @DEFAULT_AUDIO_SINK@ 5%-",
    "on-scroll-down": "wpctl set-volume -l 1.0 @DEFAULT_AUDIO_SINK@ 5%+"
},
