It’s working great!
I upped my 1 rep max on bench to 315 lbs, I ran my first 5 km sub 30 min, and self host enough services that I no longer pay any monthly subscriptions (save the internet, power, water etc)
I’m still a POS.. but man I’m way less of a POS than I was last year. ;)
