What’s OS age, may I ask? I assume that’s the first time you installed your system, but how it knows the date? I assume it’s when you did that pacstrap.
Is it just some parameter somewhere in fastfetch’s config?

Also, a bit of off-topic, but still remotely relevant. Recently, I needed to make a colour scheme for the project, and we had some dark colour theme, I needed a white theme. I provided the colours to a GPT (I guess any can do well here) and asked what’s the colour scheme. Turned out that was pretty popular theme, with light modifications. Which had a light counterpart, which I used as-is.
Saying that, I think it can help you to quickly explore the colour themes and find the one you seek.
I don't use ChatGPT but I have my ollama-openwebui instance with gemma.
Is it good? I have tried some ollamas about a year ago, but sadly they were not usable to me, and I gave up on exploring them further. I think I’d like to try again, but I keep postponing that.
I use it for pretty basic tasks. Like fixing capitalisation, some linux command flags that I can’t remember, news article summarisation and shit. For that it’s pretty good. If you have higher parameter model then you will get better results with it for complex questions but you need to have a beast of a GPU with at-least 12GB VRAM and at the bare minimum 32 Gigs of RAM. My setup can run 8B parameter models pretty fine.
I think GPT-OSS is a pretty good model — got good results with it for complex questions but it is heavy on my machine so I just use llama and gemma.
If you don't have the OLED yet, I'd wait a bit for it. Thanks to their intense contrasts, having a true black background can quickly cause eye strains, even more so with even just light astigmatism.
It's kinda why OLED-Themes on phones haven't taken over either, and the effect isn't even as pronounced there as it is on a big monitor.
Didn't had this problem neither with my oled phone nor my steamdeck, but the screens are smaller and I might adjust time ago so I don't remember.
Well it is arriving in 2 days. I applied the catcuppcin (I hope I spelled that right) mocha theme which is slightly darker than gruvbox. Enjoying it so far. Just have to look for ultrawide oled wallpapers to go with that theme.
I'm actually enjoying catppuccin as well, really nice theme.
Funnily enough, I actually do use true black as my wallpaper and only have a fixed taskbar on my second non-OLED monitor in order to prevent any amount of degradation when im just using a browser on that second monitor.
