If you had to make freezer burritos and wanted to use lentils what recipe would you use?

I have used lentils as a replacement for ground beef in sloppy joes.

Having things in the freezer you can microwave can save you a fortune when cravings kick in.

What recipe would you use to create mini freezer buritoes with lentils instead of ground beef?

Make sure to specify which type of lentils you would use.

When I have money I want to try a few test batches.

If you're making it a curry, why use a tortilla?

I've had these premade "kati street wraps" with "paratha bread" before and liked them quite a lot, so I would be very interested in a DIY recipe (either with the lentils OP asked about or with chicken as in the version I bought).

I feel like the paratha bread in particular would be a very large upgrade and worth the extra effort.

Omg I mean you can buy frozen paratha, they might be on the small side but wow what an idea 🩷
