DOJ officials and the president have violated Luigi's right to a fair trial.
This at least warrants the case being dismissed on grounds of a mistrial due to misconduct of the party pursuing charges...
There needs to be an actual trial to get a mistrial. These comments by DOJ officials and the president could affect his ability to get an impartial jury, in that it just doesn't go to trial.
They're admonishing them publicly deliberately to avoid that.
Question is was this done on purpose.
It's a good strategy to throw in the towel. Rather than mock them, should congratulate them for choosing their battles. The trend has been to reduce incarcerations as the Uniparty marches the US govt towards a big beautiful default.
