Vier Unternehmensgruppen – Live Nation, CTS Eventim, AEG und Superstruct – prägen mit ihren Beteiligungen große Teile des europäischen Festivalmarkts. Als die Investmentfirma KKR 2024 den Superstruct-Konzern übernahm, boykottierten über 80 Künstlerinnen und Künstler das Sónar-Festival.
