Many versions of Batman have a strict "no killing" rule, which is exactly the kind of intuition the Trolley Problem is attacking. Why is it different to actively kill someone vs passively letting five people die? In particular, Batman's version seems to be a sort of "honor code", which something close to a moral system, but it is entirely inward looking. In other words, fulfilling the honor system doesn't do good for the world, it elevates the status of the honorable man. In a sense it's the worst possible way to answer a moral question, "I want to kill the five people because I personally would lose something (my honor)".

Also its pretty showy to dress up as a bat. One might even call him a weirdo.

My girlfriend put me onto this. She recently bought a DVD player and ditched all streaming services, so we've been going through her old DVDs and this was one of them. We ended up having to watch it on this link because her DVD was too scratched up. But this is the highest quality rip on YouTube

They're worth reading, some great art and writing, still a kid's comic so it isn't going to be spectacular or anything, but like, they're just really solid and well constructed, plus there's (implied) yuri in them. The dialogue can be a bit cheesy at times, especially early on in their run, but I guess that's kind of expected.

I was very surprised since back in my day Sonic comics were notorious for being some of the worst comics ever put to print.

Does anyone on here read them? I want thoughts and opinions! Are they actually trash and I'm just completely wrong about them and you need to write a big essay telling me why? Am I underselling them and they're actually the greatest works of fiction ever told? Am I the only person on this website who has read them? I need to know.
