Apparently the software they used didnt account for being hung by the neck so the auto balance tried small movements to readust which ramped up into full on freakout thinking it was falling.

That was actually in correct, the chinese removed the sound . The Android acted out because he was called a Robot. He disagreed and hence the video captured his rightful outburst.
