Took the family to Bluestone American BBQ yesterday for dad's day treat. Tonight it'll be the customary Sunday roast 🙌🏼I've been trying to get into the Sunday roast habit just to create some traditions.

I've been there a couple of times and it's always awesome. They smoke their own meats and if you're a meat lover it's the bomb!

Dinner tonight is chicken meatballs made with nutmeg and parsley served with a tomato sauce and egg noodles
Some sort of everything vegetable pasta salad with tuna.
They make the best salads. Everything in.

I made an American style skillet. Shredded potatoes, chopped chorizo and kransky (which I smoked on Friday), capsicum, onion, garlic, topped with shredded cheese, some blistered tomatoes from our garden, and fried eggs.
