What would the reaction be if the leader of some other country with nuclear weapons asked in a speech to the UN: “Do I annihilate the United States, and do it quickly, never giving them a chance to kill and destroy people and countries again?"

I expect there would be outrage, and rightly so.

Might people who see Trump's threat finally understand how evil he is and vote against him?

Some might but, sadly, I think too many will not.
