Edit: Nvm, read the first couple of paragraphs and yeah, it was over-entitled customers taking their Twitter rage offline and taking it out on innocent Sony staff. What the actual fuck?

You are right, we shouldn't arrass the staff, but the top management put them on the frontline shielding them from any accountability.
