Most punchable face in the gaming industry right now.

The community folders worked for me at one point but I really don't want to clutter my phone's files with individual folders per community. Clearing cache and raising the cache limit didn't work, unfortunately b

Completely crashes my app when trying to save images. I switched to Interstellar since my alt account is on Piefed.

I took my car to the dealership (begrudgingly) for recall work, and they have one of these scanners. I'm not sure if AI is attached to it, but it clocked hundreds of dings and dents as "needing repair" despite everything being simple cosmetic scratches and dings.

A friend of mine works for a dealership, where they have one of these things too, and even raindrops will register thousands of dings on these readers. They're so full of shit to siphon every single penny out of their customers.

Perhaps... It only started once I switched to lemmy.zip from lemm.ee. I'd been using Boost on lemm.ee pretty much since the reddit API debacle with no issues. I've switched to Interstellar in the meantime since I have a Piefed alt, but I prefer how Boost looks and feels.

Bump, having this exact same issue as of late. Cleared my cache and upped the limit to 2gb, no dice. Really obnoxious issue. I don't really want to enable a folder per community, that seems like a good way to clutter my phone's files.

This is so wonderful. Glad I migrated here from lemm.ee! Happy birthday lemmy.zip!

This is close to my hometown! To my knowledge, no one has tried to steal the sign since they added the RFID tracking (or threatened to) about a decade ago.

I'm really good at tearing away paper towels from the toll with one hand

I've been so excited for this silly little game since it was first announced.

To navigate those complicated questions, the governor has issued an executive order to create the North Carolina Advisory Council on Cannabis—comprised of up to 30 members, including lawmakers, law enforcement officials, agriculture industry stakeholders, health experts, tribal representatives, advocates and others to explore possible regulatory models for adult-use marijuana and hemp.

The order says there’s a need for reform because the “current lack of regulation, including age, potency, and purity limitations, poses a threat to all North Carolinians, particularly our youth.” And “rather than allowing this unsafe and unregulated market to continue, smart and balanced regulation presents an opportunity not only to protect the health and well-being of our people, but also to generate revenue that can benefit our state.”

The panel will be required to hold its first meeting in July and then convene at least every other month through December 2026. Members will be tasked with developing and submitting initial recommendations on a “comprehensive cannabis policy, including any proposed legislation” to the governor by May 15, 2026. Final recommendations will be due by December 31, 2026.

Great news for people who use cannabis medicinally. It'll take awhile, but maybe we'll finally leave the stone age and join the majority of states who have legalized it.>->
