Jupyter is a Python notebook thing. Basically a Python webUI. Python is a programming language commonly used to train AIs, and I believe Jupyter is also commonly used to write the code for the AIs

Pretty sure it's because NixOS is reproducible. You can send your configs to your friend and they'll get a file-for-file identical copy of NixOS to yours (obviously except the user files)
