Karch also stated that he didn't know who Sacco was until he consulted an AI chatbot, but nevertheless claimed that she was replaced by "someone more talented" and that he would retrospectively be "happy to replace her with AI" because AI is "programmed to be honest."

Thank you and yikes, instead of boosting funding into their lifeline, they resort to ~~cut corners~~ improve efficiency by sorting calls with AI. Seems a tad unethical, to do this in a field where every second counts and the consequences mean life or death... But hey, i guess more taxes for the rich is socialism and you can't have that, slippery slope towards communism. /s
