Rutte is secretary general of NATO. Making war related decisions is not possible in his position, that's up to the member countries. His job is to coordinate and in this case, deescalate.

It's understandable that not everyone wants to riot for moral values and against mass corruption, but surely everyone can see that it's just a matter of time before distress comes to the USA if nothing is done right now? It's pretty naive to assume that your new enemies won't hit back in some way, and most of the world just wants the US to become a meaningless country, since everyone is sick of the constant abuse of power and its negative effects on the world economy and stability. To join riots right now is the least the American people can do. Throughout American history it was often needed for the many to fight the elite and that time has come again.

The USA has its own issues. It has relatively high inequality compared to other civilized countries. Discrimination against black Americans is still present. And the USA is a prison country, one in every 150 Americans is in prison right now, a number 5-10 times higher than European countries and also higher than China.

Also important that Mac primarily supports their own proprietary graphics api, while other platforms support open standards like Opengl and Vulkan. Which makes coding games for Apple a pain few are willing to endure.

Filling gas cans abroad is already limited to 10 liter in all EU countries, above that limit you have to declare them and pay taxes.

High speed is a waste of energy regardless of the power source. Air resistance increases quadratically with speed. And half of the yearly produced electricity in Germany is generated using fossil fuels. Plus electric cars are not yet mainstream for the masses as prices are higher, only 4% of all cars in Germany are fully electric. I don't think giving privileges to a select few is ethical.

A maximum speed limit is a sane idea and reduces both pollution and accidents. As all countries know except for Afghanistan and Germany.

Traders react to what they think is going to happen, not what is currently happening. Also they usually do not trade as emotionally, but rather based on processed information.
It becomes clear that this war is going to last and oil supplies will be further delayed, lowering economical prospects worldwide, which causes the market to react. A volatile market also creates some opportunities for profit as traders can gain both when the market value increases and decreases, depending on how they are trading (although it also increases risk). If you are skeptical, market manipulation is also a possibility as Trump administration is already being investigated for this.

VW got an exemption on the additional import fees based on certain conditions (agreements on minimum selling price level, EU car industry investment assurances)
