Anyone have any mod recommendations for someone who just wants to screw around with portals but not actually play the game?

I wish YARG was easier to calibrate. Clone Hero's auto detection works really well for me, but it doesn't look nearly as good.

When I was 8, I was playing skee ball at an arcade. I had $2 in quarters in a small cup on the railing while I played.

Another kid and his brother came by and started talking to me. While the one kid distracted me, the other stole my cup. Once I realized what happened my older brother and I flagged the security guard. We found the kids holding the same cup (pretty distinctive because it came from another spot on the boardwalk) with exactly $2 in it.

The security guard couldn't do anything because I didn't actually see them take it. I still remember the kids grin when he realized he got away with it.

$2 30+ years later and I'm still tilted about it. That one interaction warped my view of people my entire life.

This is what worked for me. I never saw the appeal until I started seasoning it with other things. I'll put a thin layer of avo, salt, lime, garlic powder, paprika on sandwiches instead of mayo and it's incredible.

You can accidentally make a person, but you can't accidentally make a pizza.

Torchlight and Torchlight II were great. It's a good thing they stopped there and never made a third.

That only lasts so long. My kids do their own thing, I do my own thing, and we do things together. I love hanging out with them and enjoying our shared interests. I know someday they won't want to/be able to spend that time together, so I take advantage while I can.

For some reason spam grosses me out but I'm ok with Vienna sausages. Pretty sure they're the same thing just shaped differently.

I ran a sprint triathlon. The swim was a disaster because swimming in a straight line is hard when you're in a lake but I finished in 1h:39m which was well below my goal of 2h.

I think that's the right distance for me so I'll keep training in the off season and probably start picking up some weights.

If anyone wants to get some movement in on Friday, I'll be out walking at 5pm PT, so wherever you are in the world, join me outside!

Today marks the 14th consecutive day of me logging food. I did this for 3 years straight and I've forgotten how mildly annoying it was. If you're just starting or have been doing it for years, I got you.

I've never been great at meal prep, but my schedule these days doesn't really support making great dinner decisions when I'm tired/hungry.

What are some things I can make on Sundays to manage dinner for most of the week?

Not sure how active this place is, but loseit on the other place was instrumental in my original 80lb weightloss and I'm hoping if I post here, I can hold myself accountable.

I've started creeping up in weight over the last year and I'm now 30 lbs heavier than I want to be. I've been trying to come up with excuses as to why, but it really just boils down to poor food choices.

On the positive side, I've been training for a half-triathlon (750m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run) and it's going well. I did a trial run of it last week and was able to finish without issue. If I can drop some of this weight, I know it'll go that much better and reduce my chances of injury.

If anyone is here and needs some motivation, I'm here with you. We can do this together.
