Yeah, Daggerfall is not a good map for comparison. Probably Morrowind.

My grandparents still believe that line about how solar power is destroying the sun or however it goes.

Should anyone care what a lying, youtube-drama scumbag thinks of Linux? I think no.

I take it that FTR match ends with a beatdown by Christian and Cope. I loved their segment on dynamite busting in on Roppongi vice.

Heel Christian with baby-face Cope is the best pairing.

Chrome specifically, or derivatives as well?

Helium I believe modified their code to allow ublock origin to work. Vivaldi has their own ad blocker iirc.

But if it's just Chrome and not derivatives, then I don't know.

Then it would be in two places, both your downloads directory (I assume that's where you ran it from originally) and the Applications folder where the AppManager has "installed" it.

If you want to backup a copy of it just go to the Applications folder and copy it from there.

My main has been Linux desktop loading up steam big picture. But I don't use streaming services, I serve everything up with jellyfin using the Kodi add-on. Used to be a htpc, now it's steam deck.

In the lounge room we have an apple tv 4k which is where the kids can stream ABC Kids and the swiftfin client. We used to have a NVIDIA shield there but we moved to apple tv because goddamn the ads on Android tv make it one of the most horrible tv experiences possible.

The entire gnome DE as a dependency? I have no idea. What kind of software is doing that aside from the gnome desktop anyway?

Zorin has Play on Linux by default? Hasn't that project been dead for 5 years? Why are they still shipping it out of the box?

It’s easy to find information online suggesting games that don’t suck down the battery too fast. But it’s not as easy going the other way.

I ended up with a spare 512gb card, so I’ve popped it in my hub/dock to add on games that I’ll only play when docked.

I’ve got Cyberpunk and Elden Ring on it. When I played those I lost about 30% battery in <20 minutes. But they performed fine.

Looking for more suggestions like this, so I can build myself a database of games to pop on this card.

A Gillette Aristocrat popped up on marketplace near me. I’ve only used my Merkur 34C and (now broken) 39C. No experience with vintage Gillettes.

Are they generally okay to use? I shave 1-2 times a week. That includes head shaving which was wondrous with the Sledgehammer, but the 34C is just average.

I wouldn’t need to get it replated would I? I can see it’s not rusty, and the pictures look fine just obviously old.

We have a bunch of these ceramic pots which often come as gifts when people give us plants.

No drainage holes. What use are they? They’re so small I think only succulents would be an option, but wouldn’t they just rot in water?
