7. No duplicate posts.
If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.
All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. News aggregators such as Yahoo, Google, Hacker News, etc. should be avoided in favor of the original source link. Newswire services such as AP, Reuters, or AFP, are frequently republished and may be shared from other credible sources.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body

I hate to say this, but as a Middle Easterner living in Africa, i'm genuinely laughing at America's docile descent into a racist authoritarian regime.
He was able to do this partially bc wars and death in Middle East are good distractions.
Both are sad.
Americans are pathetic, sure, but I don’t feel much to laugh about.
The number of US backed wars in the ME is one of the reasons the US population won't get much sympathy from that region. It's ironically funny
Sounds like Trump had a TACO moment but then Herr Miller took control and righted the Reich
Smells like rotting food all across America.
With more farm subsidies no doubt. And probably only for the corporate farms, not the family farms that actually need it after Trump deports all their legal migrant workers.
In the souls of the people the grapes of wrath are filling and growing heavy, growing heavy for the vintage.
And tariffs preventing imports from other countries. Trump better step up the circuses.
Count down until Trump signs executive order demand all federal and state prisoners learn turndown service and how to pick strawberries without brushing them.
Either that, or ICE detention centers will become forced labor camps.
Making sure that absolutely nobody will show up for harvest, even if they actually pause raids when the crop yields start to rot on the fields.
Did he just chicken out from chickening out?
Because he's not in charge and is barely engaged at all. Whoever spoke to him last is in charge for that brief window, then it's the next sociopath who walks in.
He's always viewed the presidency as an honorary position where he wouldn't have to do much work.
