Yelling the same question instead of trying to figure out where you went wrong. I see your parents went to the same school of homework-helping that mine did. "YOU'RE NOT STUPID, THIS IS EASY. YOU HAVE 14 APPLES..."

I mean, at least yours said “you are NOT stupid”…

This is too esoteric for me. No idea what this meme is conveying

Parents getting frustrated with a kid not understanding math, and are resorting to just saying the question louder and angrier.

As a result bringing the child to tears (tear drops on a paper) and giving a traumatic experience.

Oh. I thought it was a sex thing. Trauma works too.

Same. I was def like "why did he cum in his comp book?"

Thats def better than trauma.

What? No. What the person I was responding to said, but kink instead of trauma.

Some people struggle(d) with math. The wet spots on the paper are tears from the student crying.

Repeating the question was unfortunately a common method to "help," but it helps in the same way that repeating a sentence slower to someone who doesn't understand the language you're speaking helps (that is, it doesn't help at all).

I didn't get this from my mom but I sure got it from some teachers. Dyscalculia is the gift that keeps on subdividing.
