Many funny comments but you made me laugh out loud.
I avoid confrontation, but I'm not afraid of it.
I would have no problem loudly asking that man if his foot fungus was contagious, or he was on medication that prevented its spread.

To bad smoking isn't allowed, I could find good use for a cigarette there.
You can't smoke, but nobody said you can't bring a lighter with you... Specially those that look like a jet engine spitting fire.
You are not allowed to bring an incendiary device on an airplane, no.

Why is it somehow so much worse that this is a train?

If you're taking public transit without a pair of some kind of gloves, you're doing it wrong.
People who lack civic sense and don't follow social accords never fit well into society. It's ridgeline psychopathic behavior and a prelude to a criminal future. I hope they go on an odyssey of self discovery and are piloted on the right path.

I sat next to a lady on an international flight, who took off her shoes and clipped her toenails mid-flight. Dude on the other side of me was too drunk to notice.
