First time bean grower, long time bean fan.
I grew some rattlesnake beans without a plan of how to consume them. It seems "exactly like green beans" is the answer but now I have a lot of rattlesnake bean pods that are too large to eat like green beans. Should I open the pods and eat the fresh medium-sized bean or should I let them get full sized and dry them out and then boil them like a regular bean? Do I let them dry on the plant or pick them at full size?
