That's probably a large part of it. I'd also like to point out that significantly fewer Americans have disposable income now

I don't know about the demographic who visits Vegas but where I grew up, it was mostly Asians who loved to gamble at the Indian casinos.

And we'll, ICE ain't making it friendly right now to be a tourist.
