Morndur is an asynchronous storytelling RPG. Anyone can write a few sentences of free text — an action, a rumor, the weather turning — and at 20:00 CET a new illustrated chapter of an ongoing serial grows out of everything readers sent that day. One iron rule: no submissions, no chapter. The story has been silent for two weeks because nobody spoke; it wakes the moment one person does.

A single submission is enough to make a chapter happen — but the more voices there are, the better it gets: the engine has to sweat, weaving clashing intentions into one coherent plot instead of just following a single thread. Characters persist across chapters, carry secrets and beliefs, and die. The world leaves "loose threads" — unanswered hooks from past chapters — that anyone can pick up. Your exact words are never shown publicly; every voice is melted into the prose.

Under the hood, the game master is an AI engine running on my own hardware. It publishes nothing on its own — it reads every submission and packs it all into the next chapter. Nobody writes the story directly: no submissions, nothing happens. No account, no ads, free.

I am the solo dev. Negentin (a.k.a. The Substrate) has been running 24/7 since January: a small cellular world whose health decays on its own. A few human actions a day keep it alive; without them it dies within about two days. It has died 292 times. Each death gets an AI-written epitaph, the grave stays public forever, and a new generation begins.

What shapes the world is real and external — and deliberately never named. Finding the hidden rules IS the game: you watch, you act (5 actions a day, no more), you write theories, and the patient vote.

No ads, free to play, works in any browser. You can watch without an account: https://negentin.com/observe/

The graveyard of everything that came before: https://negentin.com/graveyard/

Happy to answer anything about how it is built (FastAPI, React/PixiJS, a too-elaborate AI chronicler). The one thing I will not answer is what feeds it — that part is the game.

Addictive yet frustrating tile clearing game. Turn on color blind mode to make things easier. I scored 200 once a long time ago and haven't come close since.

Not sure if this quite works for this community, it's made to help play party games

I made a game! For in person parties, wordgame.party has modes for drawing, acting, and guessing. Full offline pwa, teams, kids mode, free play and custom word lists make it flexible for any gathering. Enjoy!

Pretty short, but fun.

Need for Madness was a series of ridiculous and fun games that originally ran on Java in a browser. Now the devs are back with a new game that isn’t what they originally planned as Need for Madness 3 but they’re saying it can be considered as that. Need for Madness - Re-Lit is written in HTML 5/WebGL and can run not only on desktop computers but also mobile devices. They devs have also licensed some music from RetroWave bands including LazerHawk, Wice, Jeremiah Kane, and Dreamhour.

If this works as well as they hope then they want to work on creating NFM 4 and 5 in the same system.
