Sie haben viel besser geklappt, als ich gedacht hatte.

Sauerteig und Industriehefe, Weizenmehl. Riechen schon mal gut.

Petits pains, je ne sais pas comment ils s'appellent. Farine de blé, un peu selon recette un peu improvisé. 60% hydration.

Pain dont le levain n'a pas levé, donc j'ai balancé un sachet de levure dans la pâte avant la cuisson. Ça fonctionne !

Despite pre-cooking the plums with butter and sugar, they were still a bit too sour.

They offered us meringues, but 3D sugar alone is not really our thing, so we made a lemon pie to put under them and the mix was pretty good. (jlai.lu)

Also added some Japanese Delaware grapes for additional fruitiness. It's never fruity enough.

Lemon cheesecake goes great, that's a keeper.

The buckwheat crust remained soft, despite quite a long pre-baking. Some people like soft crust, but I like mine crumbly, I will go back to wheat.
